Who was the most virtuous person in history? And who is the most virtuous person alive today?

It may be a difficult or even impossible question to answer but it could prove to make for an illuminating discussion. Naturally questions of definition etc arise from this question.

The Buddha must be one of the most virtuous beings in history. Also Jesus but I think that many of his teachings have been distorted over time.
